1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, and workspace details when you create an account. When you use our Chrome extension, we may process email metadata (subject lines, sender names) from your active Gmail tab solely to generate AI-assisted email replies. We do not store the content of your emails.

2. Privacy Mode

When Privacy Mode is enabled in Settings, the extension automatically masks email addresses, phone numbers, and truncates long text before sending any context to our AI service. This gives you control over what information is shared.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve our services
• To process AI generation requests
• To send transactional emails and reminders you have requested
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. AI generation logs are retained for 90 days to support billing and usage analytics. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Anthropic (Claude API) for AI generation, Stripe for payment processing, and a PostgreSQL database hosted on infrastructure we control. Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing their use of data.
